Biological activity:

KRN633 is an ATP-competitive VEGFR1/2/3 inhibitor with IC50 of 170nM/160nM/125nM. It weakly inhibits PDGFR-α/β and c-Kit, and affects the phosphorylation of FGFR-1, EGFR and c-Met in cells. chemical has no inhibitory effect.
